If first impressions are lasting impressions, then this ministry is understood to be the backbone of any Church. You will be the first and last person seen when people enter and leave the Church. What they feel from you is paramount in their decision to return. To be an Usher, you MUST have a servant's heart and a smile for everyone, regardless of whatever you may be experiencing. There is no ministry more critical than this. If you love working behind the scenes, being a team player, and greeting people with a warm heart, this is the ministry for you.
